Title:

Mid-Level Strategic Planner – JNWC

KBR is seeking a Strategic Planner to join our team in Albuquerque, NM; You will provide advice and support to Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate strategic planning activities.

  • Assist in developing mission and vision statements, subsequent goal delineation, provides guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts in a consolidated strategic planning process, prioritizing those initiatives.

  • Interface with appropriate Government management personnel, other contractor managers, and client agency representatives.

  • Review strategic plans, ensures continuity plans grow out of definitions of agencies’ business functions and the processes required for achieving outcomes.

  • Ensure agencies build on their strategic planning efforts of prior years, revisiting their mission, vision, and goals in light of the strategic plan, and changing opportunities.

  • Utilizes refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk.

  • Understand customer, industry and business trends.

  • Apply this understanding to meet project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)

  • 5 - 12 Years Professional Experience

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
