Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, and develop strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.

  • Embed Janssen portfolio & services into the Account Infrastructure, including shaping and preparing markets for launch brands and targeted therapies.

  • Develop strong customer relationships and partner with key customers to implement compliant value solutions that optimize patient care.

  • Integrate and prioritize Account Plans with key overlapping J&J partners and activities to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.

  • Analyze and apply market data to assess business opportunities and priorities, considering regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends.

  • Lead and motivate extended team members to improve performance while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience required.

  • Extensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including knowledge of important individuals and care delivery approaches required.

  • Proven success in delivering sales results required.

  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnights required.

  • Valid driver's license within the 50 United States required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration across teams with dynamic strengths and reporting structures.

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze highly complex, quantitative, and qualitative data.

  • Excellent social, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in successfully handling complex accounts and establishing meaningful rapport with a wide range of individuals.

  • Proven success in impacting business and partnerships in a highly competitive environment.

  • Ambitious and possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.

The base pay range for this position is $154,000 to $220,800. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
