About the role:

As the Digital Content Product Owner working within the USBU Digital Team, you will partner with global platform owners to ensure the utilization of content creation and management platforms and that their capabilities meet USBU’s business needs; including US Medical (digital). In this role.Join Takeda as a Digital Content Product Owner where you will also oversee the strategic and operational aspects of content operations including content workflow, and digital asset management (DAM) through operationalizing and enhancing content lifecycle management, ensuring robust content generation, digital asset storage and retrieval, and enabling modular content delivery. As part of the USBU DDT, you will report to USBU DD&T Digital Products and Services Lead and work with key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

  • Partner with USBU stakeholders to understand business strategy and design solutions aligned to business needs.

  • Lead regular KPI reviews and establish a continuous improvement process for solution adoption,performance and evolution.

  • Facilitate the reuse of digital content across marketing channels, leveraging DAM tools to ensure content is versatile, accessible, and efficiently utilized to meet US market needs.Act as a subject matter expert in content and asset management, as well as data privacy, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Own and manage the end-to-end workflow of content management ensuring efficient processes from ingestion and creation to publication and analytics.

  • Ensure assets are properly stored, categorized, and easily accessible, while also maintaining high standards of data quality and security; including pulling through a unified metadata tagging framework.

  • Collaborate with the USBU Digital team Lead and US Medical Digital team Lead to ensure seamless integration of digital content with omnichannel delivery platforms, enhancing the reach and effectiveness of digital content across multiple marketing or medical channels.

  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive knowledge management strategy within the DAM and consent management domain, ensuring critical information, best practices, and lessons learned are effectively captured, documented, and shared across the organization to foster learning and innovation.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Digital Marketing related fields or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant of experience implementing digital marketing solutions at an entreprise level in a regulated environment.

  • Generate documentation about technology products and related operations.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing specialities including campaign execution, marketing automation and web analytics.

  • Knowledge of entreprise digital asset management such as Veeva and AEM Assets.

  • Experience working in a life sciences environment and/or familiarity with Takeda strongly preferred.

  • Certified Adobe Expert in one or more Adobe Experience Cloud tools would be strongly preferred.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$149,100.00 - $234,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
