Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain various reports and data systems queries required for the materials department.

• Analyze current and future inventory levels and make recommendations for stock level increases and decreases based on usage, lead time and dollar value.

• Manage excess and obsolete inventories requirements.

• Maintain files; prepare reports and documents; and advise the Materials Manager for and during internal and external regulatory audits.

• Candidate must have an expert understanding of complex data structures and have the ability to extract and manipulate complex sets of data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience with ordering, purchasing and/or maintaining inventory; OR an Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience; OR we will also consider candidates with 6+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a college degree.

• US Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse applications and Microsoft Power BI

• Expertly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage and update various inventory reports

• Be able to work effectively in a high-energy fast-paced working environment

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
