This position will be responsible for leading End User Services for the Collins Aerospace division of RTX. This position will have a combination of daily project management responsibilities, operational responsibilities, as well as for the delivery of key projects working within the Collins Aerospace entities around the world. The successful candidate will have strong organization, managerial, customer service, and communication skills with a background of delivering infrastructure projects of varying technologies in an enterprise environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Network Printing, End User technologies, and Mobility management platforms is required.

* This is an onsite position in Burnsville, MN*

What YOU will do:

• You will manage a team of highly skilled individual contributors.

• You will work with vendor management.

• You will identify and plan End User Services projects to support strategic and operational requirements for Collins Aerospace

• You will deploy world class technology and streamlined processes to enhance the Collins Aerospace Digital environment.

• You will manage several projects at once leveraging contracted teams as needed to implement projects related to infrastructure.

• You will develop, manage, and execute projects to maintain software and hardware currency in the computing environment, such as technology refreshes and upgrades.

• You will work with various teams to coordinate with the global Digital teams to manage service levels, projects, and performance related items.

  What YOU will Learn:

• You will foster relationships with your DT peers and business managers all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.

• You will learn how to manage infrastructure projects and lead Collins Aerospace participation in relevant Passport reviews and planning activities.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects.

• At least 3+ plus years of leading teams.

Skills We Value:

• 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Experience and background working with large and diverse teams to define and execute IT projects.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
