JPMorgan Chase Marketing Strategy Lead-Owned Channels-Vice President in Columbus, Ohio

The Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for driving incremental high-quality customer growth by launching and leading direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.

A significant source of customer growth for Chase Consumer Bank is through acquisition marketing on our digital Owned Channels, including Chase.com (#1 most visited banking site) and the Chase Mobile App (#1 most downloaded banking app).

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will drive growth of new banking relationships driven by acquisition marketing through our Owned Channels.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders of centralized teams managing Owned Channels (for example, Digital, Owned Media and/or Modelling, etc.) to pragmatically advance our customer growth results via strong collaboration and influence

  • Concept, develop and propose initiatives and tests that drive growth through a deep understanding of business priorities, customer segments and needs as well as Owned Channel capabilities

  • Create Owned Channel priorities and backlog recommendations to establish multi-quarter initiative roadmaps and growth targets

  • Deliver on growth targets by leading collaboration between Consumer Bank Acquisition and Owned Channel teams to ensure timely delivery of insights, deliverables and next steps

  • Lead Acquisition ad serving improvements in partnership Owned Media and Modelling to improve discoverability and share-of-voice of our messages

  • Develop and manage Owned Channel performance tracking that provide ongoing performance insights and identify gaps or opportunities to improve

  • Identify, triage and escalate ad performance issues for timely resolution

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital, direct-to-consumer marketing; financial services industry experience a plus

  • Team player with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments

  • Proven experience crafting well-structured strategic business plans using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable results

  • Ability to present and discuss ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization

  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected financial returns
