Position: Project Manager I - Facilities Engineering
Location: Headquarters -- Moon Township, PA

Hours of work:
Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk -
5 days at 8 hrs., flexed between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00pm
Travel:
25% on average with up to 50% periodically
The Project Manager 1 -- Facilities Engineering leads one or more major capital improvement projects with a combined portfolio of up to $2 million. The Project Manager 1 -- Facilities Engineering has accountability for all aspects of projects beginning with scope definition and justification, and extending through design, construction, and start-up. Project responsibilities includes planning and control of scope, schedule, budget and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager 1 -- Facilities Engineering ensures all projects satisfy financial reporting requirements, and may also work as part of team for large projects at the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- * Generate project scope and justification.
- * Develop execution plan drawing on mix of internal and external resources.
- * Lead team to develop technical specifications, equipment specifications and drawings for a proper design
- * Develop, maintain, and control project schedule
- * Develop, maintain and control budget
- * Coordinate internal stakeholders to design for best practice
- * Oversee construction activities, including management and direction of subcontractors
- * Establish and maintain project files
- * Complete the Project close-out process
- * Work with internal and external resources to insure work is completed to applicable environmental and government requirements
- * Communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Leadership, and Procurement teams to meet project goals
- * Comply with all company policies and procedures
- * Work safely, fully participate in and support all corporate programs related to safety
