Description
As an ASIC Design and Integration Engineer, your responsibilities span various aspects of SOC design: - Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications - Design, implement and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog - Support font-end integration activities e.g. CDC, Synthesis, low power flows - Work with SOC team on subsystem integration - Work with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, Physical Design teams etc
Minimum Qualifications
Key Qualifications
Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller
General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus
Hands on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design and PPA analysis
Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies
Experience in multiple clock domains design
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimum of BS + 10 years relevant industry experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
