Blue Origin, LLC SLD Avionics Systems Engineer II - Lunar Transportation in Denver, Colorado

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists and engineers you will be part of the team developing Avionics Systems for various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of Avionics Systems Engineering. You'll be responsible for aspects of the integrated design across vehicle subsystems including selecting the best design solutions for system layouts, packaging, harnessing and component selection. You will work through concept development, requirements definition and flowdown, ICD development, procurement, verification planning, vehicle integration, system build and checkout, and operations support producing artifacts and analyses to support the project. This role reports to the Avionics Systems Engineering Manager as part of the Avionics Integrated Project Team.

You will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Transportation system that will return humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyond the bounds of Earth.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree or higher in an applicable field (electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, etc.) Successful candidates in this role typically have 3+ years of related experience.
