Clean Harbors Facility Operations Supervisor in Dugway, Utah
The Facility Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of production crew(s) at the Company's Clive, UT facility performing non-hazardous and hazardous waste shredding operations. This is a physically demanding job requiring industrial labor under potentially adverse/challenging conditions (i.e. extreme cold). We offer a shuttle service to assist employees commuting from the surrounding area (Tooele/Grantsville/West Valley) to our facility's location off of Exit 49 on I-80. We are searching for a reliable and safety-oriented Supervisor to join our team!

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Perform shredding operations, shredding nonflammable paint into roll off bins
Supervise and develop multiple Facility Technicians
Ensure proper routing and management according to specified efficiencies
Work closely with the Operations Manager to continue to develop and enhance the facility's throughput and operations
Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and Environmental Compliance Permits
Develop daily production goals and ensure execution
Ensure SOP's are followed
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Facility Manager
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar Supervisory role is preferred
Waste handling and transportation experience is preferred
Forklift, roll off, and track hoe experience is a plus
Computer knowledge and usage is required
Excellent leadership skills a must
