My client, a Global Public Biotech who is commercial is hiring for an Executive Director of Accounting to join the team. The Executive Director of Accounting will oversee all the Accounting Operations and have 3 Direct reports amongst a team of 15. Compensation for this position is $240-280K + 30% Bonus + Equity. This company is doing well. has a commercial product that is doing very nicely, has a great cash position and runway, offers excellent benefits and the position/company is 100% REMOTE.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

• 12+ years of Public/Private Accounting experience

• MUST have previous BIG4 experience

• MUST have Life Sciences industry experience

• MUST have CPA
