Description

We're looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our accounting department with a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. If you have a passion for accounting and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Assist with accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments

· Assist with accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

· Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

· Perform other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred

· Proficient in accounting software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
