Job Description

Coordination :

  • Follow up of the US Engineering Contractor progress (issue of Design reviews, Design Packages …)

  • Support the AECOM Procurement team on the tender phase on interfaces between US Design Packages and French work Contractors

  • Ensuring the application of the site working conditions on contracts

  • Support the AECOM Construction & HSE team on the scope of work

  • Managing construction interfaces (between contractors, third parties, operator…)

  • Ensuring Support of handover from the Construction phase to the Commissioning phase

  • Support the Operator with regulatory requirements (PED, Electrical …) before Commissioning

  • Support the AECOM Contract team for change management

  • Preparing data related to the monthly reports.

Scheduling :

  • Support the development of the Master Schedule with the Client and develop detailed schedules for each work package.

  • Advising and assisting selected Contractors in the development of the work schedules.

  • Monitoring Contractors submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures.

  • Recording and reporting actual progress of the work versus planned work, based on regular discussion with Contractors.

  • Preparing 4 week look ahead, ‘what if’ scenarios and Critical Path Analysis.

  • Collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract labor), and tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzing and reporting earned value, productivity and risk analysis. This implies regular discussion with Contractors on site.

  • Identifying and tracking changes, actual and potential, to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management team.

  • Advising regarding the contractor’s resources allocation.

Qualifications

  • 5-year experience in technical coordination on complex industry project

  • 3-year experience in scheduling with Primavera P6

  • Fluent in English & French

  • Location : on site at Villers-Saint-Paul (60), 4 days per week - We offer accommodation allowances for secondments
