Hello, NOW HIRING, Direct-Hire opportunity. Plant Supervisor. A custom manufacturing company in Libertyville, IL is searching for a Plant supervisor, on 1st shift, that is passionate and highly motivated to provide day-to-day hands-on operational oversight of a 3D printing plant and cross-docking warehouse. The company specializes in additive manufacturing services for production-grade parts across a variety of end markets, including medical, electronics, consumer, automotive, aerospace and defense, automation and industrial.
Lead and Supervise a team of Production technicians
Enforce timelines, delivery scheduled, safety protocols and work environment
Injection molding, Machining, 3D printing
plan and coordinate daily production schedule and activities
Monitor and enhance production and safety standards
oversee inventory levels and replenishments of raw materials and supplies
Manufacturing or production experience required
Leadership experience of 3 + years required
1st shift, 7am-4pm, $75-80k- based on experience

Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a factory supervisory role
Experience in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment that involves process- based manufacturing (ie. injection molding, machining, 3D printing)
strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.
Experience with scheduling and planning
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions to address production issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or MES systems.
Passion for people and manufacturing
