In this role,you will work closely with franchise owners to enhance their operational efficiency,increase job counts,and implement best practices. You will serve as a thought leader for business growth,providing sound coaching and support to franchisees via various communication channels. Additionally,you will collaborate with corporate marketing teams to support brand-level initiatives and facilitate local marketing efforts. Responsibilities

   Provide franchise owners with sound business coaching and support via telephone,conference calls,and webinars.

   Work closely with franchisees to increase job counts and implement best practices.

   Maintain routine contact with franchise owners to foster engagement and grow market share.

   Facilitate local marketing efforts and collaborate with corporate marketing teams.

   Monitor the financial status and operations of assigned franchise locations.

   Analyze key performance indicators and run reports in various systems.

   Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's CRM system.

   Assist in the development of training materials and support franchisee events.

   Build strong relationships with franchise owners and their employees.

   Ensure franchise compliance and support accounting efforts.

Qualifications

   Bachelor s Degree in a business-related field.

   Two to four years of experience in a consultative position,preferably as a business coach.

   Previous business ownership in the home services industry (preferred).

   Strong interpersonal,communication,and presentation skills.

   Knowledge of business and management principles.

   Leadership,organizational,and analytical skills.

   Proficiency in Excel and other analytical software.

   Ability to give and receive clear feedback.

   Minimum 25% travel required for franchise training and company events.

Pay

$55K - $65K Per Year

Schedule

Full-time position | Monday Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
