Job Overview:

Ensure that all consultations are scheduled in a timely manner and that all data is entered accurately in Epic. - Prepare all consultation charts - Schedule inpatient consultations - Coordinate all OR procedures. - Prepare all follow-up charts - Manage the consultation tracking sheet- - Schedule laryngoscopes - Maintain physician schedules (days off, tumor boards, and meetings). - Schedule hormone injections

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Office, general clerical experience

• Epic experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Full Time - 7:30am to 4:00pm , Monday thru Friday

Essential Functions:

• Prepare all consultation charts

• Coordinate all OR procedures
