FP& A Manager/Senior Manager (potential to give Director title for right candidate)

$185k - $190k (must have CPG/Retail industry and have created models from scratch)

Come join a fast growing, secure Retail company looking for a FP& A Manager (will give Sr. Title). This is a stand alone position to handle all Modeling, Budgeting, Forecasting, KPIs etc. Please apply for consideration! Happy to report this is a work/life balance role with 40-45 hours per week.

Reporting directly into the CFO and will have no supervisory responsibilities. High visibility role with the opportunity to build financial models to provide valuable insight to corporate direction and strategy.

Livermore (100% onsite, flex to hybrid after 4-6 months)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with CFO to manage and prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic insights and conclusions through the process

· Prepare monthly financial package comparing actual vs. budget vs. PY with variance explanations

· Manage and update company’s 3-statement model forecasts

· Leverage Power BI reporting tool to measure top line KPIs including store traffic, conversion rate, same store vs. new stores sales and average ticket

· Analyze cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience in a financial analysis role

· Seven years related experience in FP& A or related role

· Working knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles

· Possess excellent MS Excel skills and other MS office tools including Word & PowerPoint
