Job Summary
We are seeking an Application Architect to provide skilled expertise in application development in pursuit of completing the final phase of the modernization project. This developer will augment the existing state IT Team in meeting critical go-live deliverables as a member of a cross-functional team.
Job Description
We are looking for an Application Developer to join our IT Team in support of a modernization project. This position will be part-time (32 hours per week) and onsite.
What you'll do
Enterprise Web Application
Feature development/improvement
Bug fixes
Receive testing feedback from team members
SQL queries and data manipulation
Co-development alongside junior developer
Includes DevOps best practice training & knowledge transfer
COPS/CBAS website
Deploy website code provided by a 3rd party contractor
Rollback to previous versions of website code
Create test website environment (and possibly database environment) for 3rd party contractor
IDHW (ESPI/WITS) Interface
Update/rewrite legacy code to work with new database structure and tables (Oracle to SQL)
Create new table structures
API
Service
Update Auth authorizations
Modify (if necessary) data sent and received to IDHW
What you'll need
Required:
7 years Angular / Web UI experience
7 years SQL Server Databases experience
5 years .NET Core experience
5 years C# experience
5 years ASP.net experience
Preferred:
5 years DevOps experience
5 years API’s experience
7 years SSRS Report Development experience
5 years Git Version Control experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
