In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Leading plastic and metal welding projects for diverse industries such as automotive parts, medical devices, and electronic components.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align and achieve project goals efficiently.

• Coordinating with third-party vendors and construction contractors to meet project requirements comprehensively, both commercially and technically.

• Developing and delivering compelling proposals to customers, ensuring seamless alignment with their needs and expectations.

• Hosting customer visits to review designs, conduct equipment weld trials, and simulate production runs as required.

For this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in customer project management and industrial manufacturing sales processes.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environments and a proven record in customer engagement.

• Preference for a background in industries such as plastics, automotive, electronics, or medical devices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Access, coupled with a proven understanding of CRM systems (such as Oracle or Salesforce).

• Helpful to possess PMI certification.

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Project, Access, and a sound understanding of CRM systems.

• Possession of PMI certification.
