Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: * Lead end-to-end IT onboarding projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones. * Subject Matter Expertise: * Serve as a subject matter expert in IT onboarding processes, methodologies, and best practices. * Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align on project goals. * Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. * Risk Management: * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of IT onboarding projects. * Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track. * Communication: * Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders. * Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership, summarizing project progress and outcomes. * Quality Assurance: * Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and functionality of newly onboarded IT systems. * Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with two (2) or more years of related professional experience. A Master's Degree and 0+ years of experience may be substituted. * Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and architecture. * Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) certifications are required. * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
