Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resource Department to drive recruitment, retention, employee relations, and execute special projects.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and programs to attract and retain top talent.

• Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, and collaborate closely with facilities to address staffing needs promptly.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office proficiently to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

• Organize and manage recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses to enhance candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions in the area to support talent pipeline development.

• Actively participate in talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Flexibility to travel throughout New York State as needed.
