ZS Associates, Inc. is hiring a Decision Analytics Manager (ref. Code 017331.000610) in Princeton, NJ.Duties: Manage data analytics/operations research projects by defining the project scope and strategies, analyzing and understanding the business issue, and developing strategies using project management tools. In managing the data analytics/operations research project, ensure that high-quality project deliverables are completed with an appropriate level of analytical rigor and are delivered on time and within budget leveraging analytic and project management skills. Analyze and quality check primary and secondary data, perform predictive modeling, and develop reports and recommend operational strategies based on analysis. Lead the project management from initiation to completion, including synthesizing data findings, developing recommendations, communicating results by reviewing insights synthesized by teams, recommending additional analysis, and reviewing and providing feedback on team's deliverables, including issues with statistical results, data impact, and others. Manage 5-10 employees on a project basis, including Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Associates; participate in Requests for Proposals to manage future projects. Perform additional data analytics/operations research project activities including project planning/estimation, scoping/requirements through implementation, and quality assurance within timelines and budgets using expertise in operations research, data analytics, prescriptive modeling and/or statistical analysis. Domestic/international travel required based on company/client need.REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Research or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of data analysis experience or, a Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Research or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of data analysis experience.Related skills may be required.
