Otis Canada est à la recherche d’un représentant commercial – service après-vente très motivé pour promouvoir des solutions innovantes auprès des clients actuels et potentiels.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer le portefeuille des contrats actuels, promouvoir et vendre des forfaits et produits d'entretien d'ascenseurs et/ou des services de modernisation.

  • Rechercher les clients éventuels et entretenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle, atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes et servir de conseiller technique auprès de la clientèle.

  • Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les ascenseurs/escaliers mécaniques et les produits et les solutions de modernisation d’Otis.

  • Fournir des estimations pour tous les travaux réguliers d’entretien et de réparation; avoir une connaissance générale des contrats d’entretien.

  • Veiller au suivi et à la gestion des comptes clients.

Études

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires (baccalauréat) ou l’équivalent.

Expérience/compétences minimales

  • Posséder au minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente.

  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d'équipe.

  • Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.

  • Être motivé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et responsabilités simultanés.

  • Être très à l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.

  • Avoir un talent marqué pour la négociation et les ventes, être axé sur les résultats et posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l’organisation.

Expérience/compétences souhaitées

  • Avoir de l’expérience dans l’industrie des ascenseurs serait un atout.

Service Sales Rep

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Service Sales Rep to promote innovative solutions with current and potential customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts, promote and sell Otis products and service upgrades

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators, and Otis products and service upgrades

  • Provide estimates for all regular work and repair; understand service contracts in broad terms

  • Monitor collection of accounts

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years sales experience required

  • Fully bilingual in both French and English

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

  • Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Elevator industry experience a plus
