Job Responsibilities:

• Correspond with vendors/employees and respond to all Accounts Payable inquiries.

• Open new vendors account and abstain from the required documentation.

• Review check requests and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing.

• Process check requests and invoices.

• Accurately categorize and match credit card transactions.

• Record semi-monthly overseas payroll.

• Filing checks backup, deposits backup and accounting documentation electronically.

• Assist financial managers as needed.

• Assist with 1099 process/year end/accounting projects.

  Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 Years Accounts payable or general accounting experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is considered a plus.

• Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive

• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Clio)

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management and organization skills.

• prioritize tasks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
