ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Able to provide help desk daily support for all roles for EMR software.
• Able to train end users for all roles.

{=html} <!-- --> - Able to multi-task in fast paced environment and provide support efficiently. - Able to troubleshoot and prioritize issues or contact vendor to resolve. - Involved with preparation for upgrades reviewing release notes to keep updated with new features, enhancements, and products. - Ability to assist to create workflows for end users and complete system configurations. - Recommend improvements to simplify workflow processes for the benefit of users/providers and the patient experience - Assist with equipment and device setup. - Adhere to and enforce all HIPAA compliance rules/regulations. - Ability to identify and mitigate security risks associated with the use of electronic PHI. - Reliable Attendance and Punctuality - Other duties as assigned.
