We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This role is in the Finance & Loan industry and involves serving as a crucial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, documenting and resolving technical and business process related problems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.

• Document and maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, and installation activities.

• Utilize departmental policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires escalation.

• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

• Accurately document and maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, installation activities, and logs requests and resolutions.

• Identify trends in requests and communicate with the internal team as appropriate.

• Redirect questions and requests to other staff or help sources as appropriate.

• Record and retain logs of all account and access related requests for audit purposes.

• Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external associates.

• Use skills such as Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, MS Windows 10, Ticketing System, Basic Troubleshooting, and End-User Support to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft software

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Configuration Management

• Skilled in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware

• Familiarity with MS Windows 10

• Experience using Ticketing Systems

• Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting

• Strong skills in providing End-User Support

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently as required

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

• Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues

• Excellent customer service skills and patient approach to problem solving
