What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assist with the development, refinement, and streamlining of logistical processes to gain efficiencies and improve client support.

  • Work independently with general to little supervision.

  • Track Branch Request to Initiate Purchases (RIPs) for Purchase Orders.

  • Compile Branch weekly and monthly status reports.

  • Liaison with vendors to ensure purchased services and products are on schedule and within budget.

  • Perform, plan, and execute full range of logistics functions as well as functional lane management responsibilities.

  • Review candidate resumes, interview, hire and train logistics employees.

  • Approve time off request and approve bi-monthly timecards.

  • Conduct performance reviews, plan, and approve annual compensation increases.

  • Oversee team of logistics professionals, delegate tasks and track progress to ensure successful execution.

  • Create and maintain repository for all property management documentation.

  • Develop and implement logistics related operational procedures.

  • Proactively identify risks and challenges and provide effective solutions recommendations to prevent delays.

  • Complete inventories of hand receipt to ensure accountability in compliance with government regulations and organizations standards.

  • Issue equipment to integration staff for builds.

  • Conduct pre-shipment inventories, prepare shipping documentation and accountability documentation, coordinate shipping and track to destination.

  • Familiarity with barcoded asset inventory management system.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Associate degree w/ 3-5 yrs. of logistics experience to include time as a manager.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Superb attention to detail.

  • Ability to fully leverage Microsoft Office Suite of tools (MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) with a practical understanding of SharePoint.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change.

  • Licensed forklift operator.

These Qualifications Are Nice TO Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, supply chain, planning, procurement, hardware production, and/or parts management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - 129,300 USD
