Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business serving the needs of the defense and aerospace industries, seeks a Sheet Metal Assembly Supervisor.

Responsibilities

This Supervisor will ensure that staff are appropriately organized, trained, and managed to meet our customer demands for steel and aluminum containers that are assembled primarily via riveting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing management/supervisory experience
• A bachelor's or associate degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 5+ years of overall manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (ideally experience using them in a manufacturing/assembly environment)
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings  
• Organized professional with strong interpersonal skills, who will ultimately be responsible for providing quality products in a timely manner to the most influential and recognizable names in defense.

Benefits

• Full-time, Four-day workweek (Mon-Thurs), 6am to 4:30pm
• WEEKLY PAY!
• Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months

Pay rate: $70000 - $80000!
