Total Filtration Services is seeking a Service Technician to safely perform filter-related service work, including installations, change-outs, and any other maintenance duties.

  • Ensure strict adherence to established safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a culture of safety at all times to safeguard both personnel and equipment integrity.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Execute filter replacement tasks for HVAC systems located across various environments including rooftops, catwalks, factory floors, and underground areas, utilizing appropriate safety equipment and protocols.

  • Perform filter changes in paint booths situated in confined spaces, requiring the use of full protective suits and air hoods due to the presence of residual paint containing Chrome VI.

  • Safely transport filters from the warehouse to designated locations within customer sites, employing both mechanical and labor-intensive methods, and ensure proper disposal of used filters.

  • Maintain the service schedule for company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness to support efficient transportation of materials and equipment.

  • Identify and address sources of defects, applying filtration solutions to optimize system performance and mitigate potential risks.

  • Cultivate and enhance the value of business relationships at assigned accounts, seeking opportunities to expand services and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

  • Remain adaptable to evolving responsibilities and business needs, embracing changes in duties, tasks, and activities as required to support operational excellence and drive business growth.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude required

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing

The employee will be required to work in extreme temperatures; cramped spaces, work in environments with extreme noise and dust. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
