Responsibilities:

• Draw floor plans, blueprint drawings, and mechanical drawings.
• Use CAD programs to create technical drawings.
• Understand federal, state and local building codes.
• Learn to draw quickly and efficiently.
• Draw accurate schematics, diagrams and technical drawings.
• Create technical drawings of interior spaces, including walls, staircases, railings, and doors.
• Work with architects, structural engineers and contractors to create drawings of buildings.
