POSITION SUMMARY:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Shipment management of PVH brands from sourcing origins to APAC markets

  • Manage export & import declaration and logistics related documentation

  • Follow up on all shipping documents (incl. Free Trade Agreement CO for duty savings, invoice & packing list)

  • Vendor Management (Factory and 3PL Service Provider): Support Manager to monitor origin KPI’s for Logistics , including and not restricted to On Time Delivery, Booking submission, Dwell and Transit time, under different ship modes

  • Measure & Monitor all key areas of improvement under Logistics Operations and assist in implementation of corrective action as required

  • Liaise with different business units to resolve any issues related to Shipment, EDI/ASN, Labelling, Vendor non compliance

  • Record management: Compile periodical shipment reports & ensure data integrity in SAP

  • Respond / communicate and manage logistics enquiries from different business units and stakeholders

  • Work closely with market logistics teams to ensure the documents for import entry are accurate and on-time

  • Freight invoice audit

  • Conduct vendor training to drive efficiency and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience : minimum 3- 5 years working experience in the same field & industry.

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain and Logistics,

Skills:

  • Excellent in Microsoft Tools like Excel (V-lookup, pivot table), Word, Powerpoint & Outlook

  • Good Analytical skills, with ability to organize data , studying patters to make informed decisions

  • Fluent in spoken & written English with strong communication skills
