ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Technician/Building/Lead Engineer, you will perform general preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs of all equipment and building related equipment. Applies several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provides supervision and leadership of electrical field service team that ensures the efficient and safe electrical maintenance of client location(s).

  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.

  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

  • Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.

  • Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • One (1) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training.

  • General Supervising and Journeyman Electrical experience is a plus.

  • Experience leading an electrical team is a plus.

  • In depth knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems (demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and MS Project highly desirable).

  • Maintenance processes and accurate use of the work order system, planning, scheduling and storeroom processes.

  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
