Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. In this role you will oversee teams of Maintenance Technicians across multiple facilities in the US. You are expected to ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are done efficiently and effectively. Work You'll Do: Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues. Check all maintenance work for completeness and safety. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Develop and improve PM Standardized work to optimize equipment availability. Document all work performed using CMMS. Implement Predictive Maintenance Tools on all critical assets. Achieve all Maintenance KPI targets. Identify and schedule technical training as required. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with. Team: The Maintenance Manager will report to the Sr. US Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will lead a diverse team of maintenance professionals, including technicians, electricians, and other skilled workers. This team is responsible for ensuring that all company facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition. The manager will coordinate the team's activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and productivity at all US facilities. They will also provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. The teams under the Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the company's facilities. Their collective efforts contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the business, the satisfaction of employees and customers, and the overall success of the company. The Maintenance Manager and their teams are expected to adhere to all company policies and regulations, including those related to safety and quality standards. They will also work closely with other departments within the company, such as facility maintenance, operations, administration, and human resources, to ensure that all maintenance activities align with the company's broader objectives. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of maintenance leadership experience or combination of both education and experience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment, preferably in the same industry. Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Proficient in using hand and electrical tools. Ability to read technical manuals and drawings. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Experienced with using CMMS to manage all work activities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field or Professional certification such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Certified Plant Engineer (CPE).
