REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of CDL experience. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. BFOQ- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements. Proficiency in operating wrecker and rollback trucks and equipment. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and at different hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Drug testing upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: Operate wrecker and rollback trucks to tow, recover, and transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Respond to service calls in a timely manner. Perform vehicle hook-up and towing in compliance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational safety. Maintain accurate records of service calls, vehicle conditions, and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining processes and answering any questions. Work closely with dispatch and other team members to coordinate services and provide updates.
