Philips Business Excellence- Sales Operations Analyst, Diagnostic Imaging in Cambridge, Massachusetts

You will directly impact how Diagnostic Imaging is changing the world of healthcare systems, physicians, nursing staff and patients.

The individual in this role will identify areas of opportunity to improve the efficiency and impact of the team, develop metrics and robust data visualizations to understand team performance, and contribute to the organization’s global growth strategy.

Your role:

  • Be a partner with sales and service team to enable sales team growth & strategy

  • Use data to drive analysis and actionable recommendations to shape program design, operations, and strategy

  • Partner with Sales leadership, strategic finance team to set performance targets, define KPIs, create scalable reporting, and provide insight to drivers of pacing against goals

  • Evaluate the performance of new and existing sales GTM strategies

  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and in-depth analytics using a variety of information sources, tools, and analytical techniques. Defining the issue to analyze, scope the effort, and use the best techniques and data sources needed are all key to this activity.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations/enablement

  • Demonstrated analytics and insight development - ability to define problem, data collection, create insight and ability to communicate effectively to sales team, leadership, and other internal stakeholders

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) and related techniques

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
