About the Position: The position is located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Responsibilities Maintain contract requirements and specifications in an industry operation. Explain contract requirements to contracting personnel, contractors, and reviewing officials. Apply financial management policies and procedure in contracts. Maintain files of surveillance, correspondence, sample determinations and other pertinent contract data. Basic Requirement for: Contracting Officer Representative Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Advising on contract policies and procedures to ensure contract performances (pre-award, post-award, and price/analysis) are in compliance with terms and conditions; Maintaining a contract filing system from development, pre-award, post-award and termination or closure AND Analyzing requirements for use in acquiring contracted services or products.
