Title: Installer (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 based on skills, scope and experience) Report: Field Operations Manager or Field Operations Director Desired Experience and Skills: 1-3+ years related industry experience

Role Summary: The Installer will be responsible for completing training and become proficient to all aspects of furniture installation. Works with minimal supervision within a team environment or independently to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Makes deliveries to clients and completes punch. In this role it is always your responsibility to project a positive image of CBI through professional appearance and personal interactions with clients, crew members and any other CBI associates. Requirements from candidates are as follows:

• All aspects of furniture installation, manage mid-size projects, and lead a team up to five (5).
• Effectively communicate with subcontractors, make deliveries to clients.
• Follow all safety regulations to prevent injuries to self, others, and building properties or furniture products.
• General cleaning of a job site and warehouse, following CBI inventory procedures, proper operation of the forklift, and use of the BIM360 program.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds constantly throughout the day.
• Read packing/product labels and pull products from the warehouse, and understand drawings and space layout.
• Experience requirement: 1 year in office furniture installation.
