This Position is REMOTE with occasional onsite travel in the Chicagoland area…Must be a local candidate.

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking aSenior Procurement Contract Manager for our HTM operations. This position will have national scope on all Sodexo HTM business. The position is remote but would need access to our Chicago metro site at Endeavor Health/ NorthShore for meetings and as needed.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vendor contract management for HTM service contract vendors.

• Analyzes and makes recommendations for service strategies on high-end equipment.

• Sources vendors and responsible for contracts, amendments, renewals/terminations, and content reviews.

• Work closely with the business users to support corporate procurement and vendor management objectives.

• Lead contract strategy meetings toidentify service delivery plan, issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.

• Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.

• Manage contract review meetings to ensure delivery against objectives and contract budgets.

Ideal candidates will present the following profile:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with outside vendor representatives, including experience interacting and negotiating with all levels of management, both internal and external.

• Knowledge of medical equipment, uses, and components across multiple modalities, imaging and biomed preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in development and evaluation of service contracts for bids and request for proposals (including scope of work preparation and pricing sheets)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and possess a shared organizational value for integrity, flexibility and professional/ethical behavior

• Demonstrated experience handling multiple assignments and heavy workload while meeting tight deadlines andnegotiation and conflict resolution skills,problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
