Job Summary

The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities

Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager. This position will be full-time and remote. This is a 6-12 month assignment with possible extension

What You\'ll Do

  • Delivery of products/solutions through the life cycle of the project from draft phase to the final solution rollout.
  • Implementation of a good communication strategy within the project to ensure that all stakeholders are regularly briefed.
  • Taking ownership of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Build close partnerships and liaise with various stakeholders including cross functional teams, SMEs and vendors.
  • Produce scope of works project plan as per requirements.
  • Assessment of risks for successful delivery of tasks.
  • Determine resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Manage external vendor working on the project.

What You\'ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in information technology, computer science, business, accounting, or a related field
  • Finance systems experience
  • 5-8 years of full cycle enterprise business project management experience
  • Evidence of a track record of successful full cycle IT project management
  • Previous business analyst experience
  • Strong knowledge and skills in various project management tools

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
