Emerson Training & Development Coordinator in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

Job Summary

This role will focus on supporting and delivering continuous talent development, training programs as well as coordinating internal communications across the organization. This individual must understand & be responsible for the communication process. Must identify training needs on different organizations and stablish an annual training calendar with the Latin America Training Center. Comply locally with training legal requirements. This person will provide direct actionable feedback and updates about Training and development plans and metrics for Mexico Organization.

In this role, your responsibilities will be

  • Help develop a training & development plan for all Mexico employees.

  • Systematically collect, identify, and address training gaps.

  • Provide training and accurate communication to employees.

  • Provide Onboarding to all new employees.

  • Provide Annual Performance management training throughout the organization.

  • Coordinate Annual ethics refresh training and Emerson´s record retention program.

  • Understand and consistently apply Emerson training programs across the organization.

  • Become a certified facilitator for main leadership and management programs in Emerson.

  • Identify and coordinate external training programs (language, executive programs, masters) building collaborative relationship with external training vendors.

  • Coordinate intern program across the organization.

  • Perform other duties as required.

For this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Commerce, communication sciences, industrial engineering.

  • Experience: 3-5 Year of experience within Human Resources, training & organizational experience preferred

  • Proficient in Business English to be able to communicate well with global teams.

  • Proven keyboard skills and a strong proficiency in using Windows & MS Office applications is a must. LMS experience.
