Industry leader, very reputable and growing Fortune 500 manufacturer is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Planner in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan commenusurate with expeience with a base salary ranging from $85k to $93k plus a 15% annual bonus (paid quarterly) and relocation assistance (if needed).

The ideal candidate will possess electrical maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Track and document all required maintenance projects in the Computerized Maintenance Management System for your respective department.

  • Review planned work orders and determine the most beneficial work plan based on resource availability to align with production requirements and planned outages.

  • Create job packages and supply job instructions, drawings, and safety documents as required for planned work.

  • Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Parts/Logistics team to ensure parts and labor are available and ready to complete planned work as required.

  • Compile and monitor performance metrics to measure success and compliance to planned schedules.

  • Assist in the development of databases for Job Safety Analysis, checklists, work scopes, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two-year technical degree or High School Diploma/GED and technical training from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of two years of industrial/manufacturing mechanical & electrical maintenance repair activities experience.

  • Background in heavy industrial maintenance, such as steel mill, pulp/paper, oil and gas.

  • Knowledge of hydraulics, water systems, print reading, and machine shop math.

  • Experience with computer-based maintenance systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in planning and coordinating major maintenance outages.

  • Knowledge of Tabware, a Computerized Maintenance Management System
