Electronic Work Instruction (EWI) Manager - Corporate Available Locations Bellevue, WA Chillicothe, OH Denton, TX Louisville, TX Mexicali, MX Renton, WA St. Therese, Canada Requisition Summary PACCAR is seeking an Electronic Work Instruction (EWI) Manager to join a strong and growing Corporate Manufacturing team.In this role, one will support the current and future growth of PACCAR's EWI systems across global locations and deployments in alignment with PACCAR manufacturing teams and PACCAR Production System (PPS) best practices. This role will act as a product owner for the EWI solution to lead current sustaining enhancement execution, prioritization with the global user stakeholders, release management, global training and artifact development, and coalescence of requirements for the EWI roadmap with the goal to standardize the platform across all PACCAR manufacturing facilities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Acting product owner of the EWI platform to maintain full scope of business requirements backlog across PACCAR manufacturing sites, corporate quality, and corporate manufacturing. Lead coordination of efforts with all facility EWI coordinators. Conduct prioritization and alignment meetings on a cadence agreed upon by EWI stakeholders and voting parties for all work being performed. Champion business execution and alignment of prioritized system enhancements. Develop, publish, and maintain system documentation and training artifacts, and manage global training and onboarding efforts for facility EWI coordinators and end users. Define requirements for EWI future state roadmap and evaluate internal and commercial ecosystem for potential opportunities to enhance and/or replace EWI core functionality. Assist the PACCAR business with maturity assessments of EWI and ancillary emerging technologies, including efforts in quality assurance, release management, disaster recovery, privacy, governance, data management, reporting standards, and digital transformation. Communicate and conduct meetings and formal presentations with plant and division personnel at all management levels. Travel to PACCAR's operating locations in support of the above activities. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or materials experience. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form to various levels of management and suppliers. Strong writing skills. Ability to perform advanced analysis on large data sets, draw salient conclusions from such analysis, and cogently present analysis to management. Ability to conceptualize and implement cost savings projects. Ability to direct oneself and act with minimal supervision. Be able to influence customer behavior to meet PACCAR requirements.
