  • Help design and deploy innovative ways to develop warehouse and operations team members.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement new ways to make Foster-Caviness a fun and exciting place to work!
  • Facilitate all facets of team building and people leadership across multiple sites.
  • Ensure all associates are engaged, empowered, and accountable to win.
  • Execute process plans for existing and new lines of business, integrating them to ensure efficient use of resources and maintaining quality and dependability for all customers.
  • Ensure processes are relevant and consistently executed with greatness and accuracy i.e. inbound, outbound, put-a-way, quality, and repack policies and procedure adherence.
  • Manage and modernize process to ensure exceptional service levels.
