Job Summary

Responsible for HR administrative and event-day support for check-in/check-out of food and beverage employees, restaurant partners, nonprofit groups, and temp workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must maintain a positive attitude and a smile in a fast-paced game day environment.

• Assist with orientations and new hire paperwork.

• Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.

• Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.

• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students and Supervisor.

• Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records in order to stay compliant with state and federal laws and Levy policies.

• Assist with game day duties including wrist-banding, handing out uniforms, monitoring different stations, and checking in and out all team members.

• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

• Skilled in Canva, Smartsheets, and Microsoft functions like Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
