Residential Maintenance Tech needed for Clubhouse general maintenance. PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for a handyman for residential part time work. This is a part-time opportunity working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM.

The pay rate for this job is $20.50 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Will be performing minor repairs at a high end HOA resort

• General labor included, and not limited to, moving furniture\ install furniture, changing filters, other minor tasks assigned, etc

• Light rough plumbing

• Light welding

• Light electric (cutting line, installing outlets, etc)

• Light carpentry, stucco, trim work, molding replacement, staining, painting, maintain door hardware

• Concrete patchwork, tiling, wallpaper and must be able to replace cobblestone

• Tech skills: Must be able to have a problem solving skillset that involves research in case repairs are needed, when specific materials are needed, and may need to reach out to vendors as needed (computer provided onsite)

• Must be presentable and cannot have visible tattoos, piercings, etc

• Possibility for OT depending on jobsite needs, emergency repairs, etc

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months experience as a Carpenter/Handyman.
