This is an entry level position with room for growth. Our Maintenance Laborer position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is an integral part of a dedicated team who take great pride in helping ATI achieve production and quality results. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility including general labor and maintenance work when assisting craftsmen such as masons, cement-finishers, carpenters, steam fitters and others as needed. A successful Maintenance Laborer is able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and is motivated to quickly learn about ATI\'s products, processes, and quality standards. This is a second shift position from 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday. Training will be conducting on 1st shift. Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness indoor and outdoor of the facility such as sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, shoveling, and moving of furniture and/or material. Assisting with snow removal, landscaping and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed. Operating and maintaining maintenance equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate and prioritize work orders. Additional maintenance related responsibilities including assisting other areas and departments in the plant and back-office functions might also be as assigned by department supervisors and/or craftsmen. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of manual labor experience.
