Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Financial Advisor Assistant. This role will provide direct administrative support to our financial advisors, assisting in managing and tracking client portfolios and planning client meetings. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with direct client interaction and possesses a thorough understanding of the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting financial advisors in serving clients by preparing for meetings, investment research, making preliminary financial planning recommendations, and coordinate marketing events.

• Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, advisors, product sponsors, and other staff in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide regular updates to advisors regarding financial planning tasks, client issues, and work efforts.

• Coordinate with administrative team to ensure client meetings are arranged and prepared for.

• Maintain client database and files to ensure information is accurate and current.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in a financial planning firm or other area within the financial industry is desirable.

• Proficient in financial planning software extremely helpful.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong mathematical skills.

• Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
