What are your contributions to the team?
Lead and facilitate kaizen events and projects, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and focused on achieving desired outcomes
Be the ‘expert’ that engages the organization to embrace the change and develop the organization to ensure the OE approach is the fundamental way to ‘manage’ the business performance and alignment to the company goals
Develop training strategies and solutions along with organizational stakeholders that will increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management, delivering value to our customers and eliminating waste
Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem solving projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify and eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement lean solutions
Be a process based leader that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of process, aligned KPIs and infrastructure
Lead the change using formal change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement, full team collaboration and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Evaluate the financial impact brought by the workshops you have carried out
How to thrive in this role?
You have a degree / diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
You are a recognized leader with change management experience
You have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the area of continuous improvement and specialize in Kaizen projects
You have proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts.
You have demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
You are able to evaluate and record the financial impacts of your continuous improvement workshops
You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of influencing skill
You have fluent in IT systems and has a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
You are bilingual in French and in English (asset)
You must be able to travel and devote consecutive weeks at a time at our various facilities to deploy the BOE model
