Job Description: The Software Engineer is responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional, and operational readiness. This position is responsible for development, maintenance, and support for the rebranding project aligned to the prior authorization and utilization management areas. This position will also need to provide research and thought leadership as it relates to impacts for this rebranding project. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support Provide thought leadership and champion software engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices Resource will need to understand and research what impacts there are to applications, licensing, certifications, or gateways as it relates to this effort Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 5-8 years of .Net Development Experience VB.Net is the language utilized so must have this experience. SQL Experience-There is a lot of scripting in the environment Angular Framework Ability to collaborate, communicate proactively and effectively within an Agile environment Additional Qualifications: Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinking Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills Established presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audience Ability to transition abstract concepts into comprehensive technical solutions Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills Strong traits of decisiveness and judgment.
