SNOW COLLEGE Budget Assistant in EPHRAIM, Utah

Description

The Assistant Budget Analyst will perform various budgeting and financial tasks and support the budget office.  

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

     

Major Responsibilities/Duties
  • Works within banner analyzing budget verses actual and communicating differences. 
  • Constantly works in excel with various projects throughout the year
  • Reviews data and information for accuracy and makes corrections when necessary.
  • Maintains accurate records for all transactions affecting budget preparation.
  • Produces reports and statistical data as needed.
  • Prepares various budget and actual financial forms required by the state.
  • Verifies correct index corresponds to budget is used on epaf forms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
